I have a background in the biological sciences, scientific illustration and graphic design. In 1985 I established Buddle Design, an award winning graphic design consultancy.
My art practice has been influenced by the meticulous attention to detail required by each of these disciplines. I employ this precision to create organic forms that appear spontaneous, representing the human psyche as an abstracted, mutable vessel. While exploring interior issues, I strive to create objects of beauty that the viewer can relate to in some intuitive way.
